D W Websites was set up by David Wooden, a Norfolk man who has lived in North Walsham for the last 19 years. He has spent his whole life in an environment that has made him very sympathetic with the needs of a small business, being born at the back of the shop that his parents owned in Scratby, near Great Yarmouth, where he also grew up. On leaving school, he worked for a bank where he gained 23 years experience which gave him a deeper insight into a wide variety of businesses.
At the end of 1999, David left the bank to pursue his interest of many years in computing. He formalised his knowledge by studying part-time with the Open University, and was awarded a first class honours degree in IT and Computing in 2006. During this time he worked part-time at Millfield Primary School supporting ICT, and spent as much time as possible putting his knowledge to good use by building websites.
Now his mix of theory and experience enables him to provide sound advice to all his customers, and to produce websites that meet their individual needs, whether for business purposes or leisure.
